Our QuickFacts software filters the insurance carriers available so that only carriers a brokerage has contracts with are visible. This filtering keeps it clean for brokerage users and meets the privacy standards of our carrier partners.
Our QuickFacts team of previous brokers handles all the work. We scour the portals regularly to pull all the manuals, wordings, forms, questionnaires, bulletins and supporting resources. For manual updates, we schedule all the changes in our software so the information changes overnight. We have direct carrier connections, so you don’t need to provide any information. We do it all for you!
Seconds. Literally. Our team pulls all the changes from upcoming manual releases ahead of time and schedules them to be released early morning the day of. So when brokers log in the morning the day a manual goes live, they have entirely up-to-date information across our software.
Our software has a straightforward provincial selector tool, so you can pick which province’s information is shown across the site anytime. Each user can also choose their desired default province.
Currently, we have Personal Retail Lines, High Value Retail Lines, Commercial Lines, and some MGAs Speciality products information for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.

For your team, as little as a week. We just need a 1-page info sheet, broker contract codes, contact list(s), and user list. Then, our team works to configure the software to your brokerage carriers and provinces, adds your users, and onboards them with virtual training sessions.
